| Why do you teach:I was working as a retail manager and usuing my college degree, but I didn't see myself spending my whole career in retail. I ran into a former college teaching assistant from one of my college courses and he told me that he was becoming a high school marketing teacher. I didn't even know there was marketing education at the high school level! It sounded interesting and I had always enjoyed training new employees and making presentations so it seemed like a good fit. I went back to school to get a teaching license and once I got into the classroom I knew this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. My father feels I went into teaching for 3 reason; June, July and August. |
