My name is Angel Estrada. This is the classroom page for my Jewelry I & II and Printmaking classes.

This page you will find all the information you need for Online Learning for my classes. Everything will done on Google classroom where all the assignments will be posted and graded.

Office Hours:

Mondays & Wednesdays: 10am - 12pm

Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays: 12pm - 2pm

Remote Learning Information

  • Google Classroom will be updated each Friday at 3pm with the following week's Learning and Expectations. 

  • Students will be assigned up to 3 tasks per week, due each Friday by 2:30pm.

Attendance Information

  • Attendance will be recorded every Friday after 2:30 pm

  • To be marked present, students must meet minimum or exceed the engagement and task completion expectations both categories are explained below:

    • Minimum engagement/task completion expectations- 2 tasks completed for the week by Friday at 2:30pm

    • Exceeds engagement/task completion expectations-3 assigned tasks completed for the week by Friday at 2:30pm.

  • Students who submit work after the deadline will keep their current attendance and subsequent grade until staff can adjust it the following week.

​Grading Expectations

Grades will be contingent upon students meeting or exceeding the minimum attendance (engagement and task completion) requirements. Students that achieve this will maintain their third quarter grades. Students that exceed this may improve their grades. Students that do not achieve this may see their grades lowered.

  • Students that would like to improve their third quarter grades should work directly with me. 
  • In the Remote Learning section of the gradebook a score of "0" means the student did not meet the minimum expectations, a score of "1" means the student met the minimum expectations, and a score of "2" means the student exceeded the minimum expectations.
