Future Forward career and technical educational programs prepare students for today’s competitive and dynamic workplace by providing them with essential post-secondary and workforce readiness skills. Apprenticeships, internships and job shadowing opportunities are also available. Future Forward offers specialized career and technical training not otherwise offered through area high schools. Students earn high school credit and all courses and programs satisfy district graduation requirements.
Adams 12 Summer School is an excellent opportunity for students to recover credits they have failed during the school year. Summer school classes may be taken for FAILED classes only. Summer school information will be available after Spring Break. Students pay $180 per session, with 2 sessions available. Students receiving Free/Reduced Lunch receive a tuition discount for summer school.
ROC LAB @ THS
Students at THS that have fallen behind in credits may be eligble to take online classes through Edginuity in the ROC Lab. Students requiring a ROC class will lose their off hour. Please see your counselor for more information.
EXTENSION PROGRAM @ PATHWAYS
The Extension Program at Pathways is for students who attend school in one of Adams 12 Five Star Schools' high schools and wish to earn credit by taking evening courses. This program is intended for recovering credit to ensure that students can graduate on time from their home high school. Courses offered in Core Academic Subjects (Math, English, Science, Social Studies). Must have failed the course in order to take it at Night School. Student pays $180 per .5 credit.
BYU – Brigham Young University Independent Study
BYU Independent Study offers online, self-paced, one full-year to complete. All Academic Core Subjects and many Electives. Student Cost approximately $170 per .5 credit. Please see your counselor before enrolling in a BYU course.
