Hi! My name is Stephanie Walker and I work with students with the last names A-Ce. I have worked as a School Counselor at THS since 2002!  I love working with students to help and be a positive support person for them.  I am a Native of Colorado and enjoy tennis, music, supporting the Denver Broncos, and spending time with friends and family!  I also love spending time with my two dogs. Hello! My name is Chad Elder and I work with students with the last names between Gar-Jh. My favorite thing about being a School Counselor is that I get to walk alongside my students through their high school journey.  I was born and raised in Thornton, Colorado and graduated from an Adams 12 high school. I love being outside and spending time with my wife and 2 boys. I enjoy white water paddle boarding, hiking in the mountains and recently started shooting archery. I am a huge soccer fan and follow Chelsea FC and Wrexham FC. My office door is always open, please come on by and say hi!

Hi!  My name is Amanda Glazier and I’ve been a counselor at Thornton High since 2018.  I am originally from Wichita, KS.  My favorite part about being a counselor is helping my students with anything they need and being a positive support in their lives.  Outside of school, I love to go to Zumba, cook, and travel with my family.  I have two young kids and they keep me super busy!  Stop by the counseling office and visit anytime!

Hi!  I’m Michelle Laurent and I work with students with last names between Mer-Pq. I’m originally from Northern California and while I love the ocean, I love being by the mountains. I enjoy getting outside to paddleboard in the summer and exploring with my husband and our dog (especially when it’s snowing!) Winter is my favorite season and I will find any excuse to be around the snow. The best part of working in a high school is witnessing the moments students find their passion and make connections. Nyob Zoo! Hello, my name is Veronica Vang and I work with students whose last names range from PR-SH. This is my 6th year at Thornton High School and I really enjoy working with this community! My favorite part about being a school counselor is being able to support and encourage students to build their goals and dreams. I am happy I get to play a small role in their journey towards becoming successful adults. I was born in Argentina and raised in Denver, Colorado.
