I grew up in a small town on the east end of Long Island, New York. I obtained my Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego, then moved to Colorado shortly after graduating. After working in residential facilities with at-risk youth for about 6 years, I decided to obtain my Master of Special Education from Metropolitan State University.
This 2021-2022 school year will be my fifth year teaching Mathematics and supporting students in Special Education at Thornton High School.
I thoroughly enjoy teaching mathmatics and am committed to making the curriculum attainable to students of all levels and learning styles.
This year I will be teaching Foundations II as well as co-teaching Integrated Math I Supported with Mr. Snyder.
I am here to help with any and all questions you may have!
