I have been teaching at Thornton High School since 1996. You do the math, that is a long time! I have stayed at THS so long because of kids, families and colleages I get to work with everyday. I have a degree from University of Nebraska and Grand Canyon University. My husband and I have 3 grown children and a sweet dog. I have had the priveledge of teaching in the Family and Consumer Studies department and now the Student Support Services department since 2012. I love to sing, sew, hike and spending time in the mountains. I have climbed 12 if the 54 14er's in the state. On my bucket list is to visit all 50 states. I think I am at 38 of them so far.
